Rates shown are per minute and exclude GST. Calls are billed pro-rata in 1 second increments. There is NO flagfall or call connection fee. Rates quoted are for new On-Net customers and are subject to change without notice.
Off-Net rates may be slightly higher. A minimum charge of 15c applies on all inbound calls to 1800 numbers. A $19 setup fee applies to each new inbound number. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO
term contracts or Cancellation Fees. However, we require 1 calendar months notice if you
are changing carriers or closing your account. Our current rates are only for new customers applying via this website. Services are only available to credit approved customers who pay by Direct Debit. Not applicable for existing inbound accounts or competitors. Includes standard level of routing/barring. Fees apply for initial set up of services and for making changes to services. Additional setup fee may apply to complex routing/barring configurations.
